Charmed Stay Near Montmartre
underground parking rooftop bar comfortable bed helpful staff
The underground parking was convenient, though it cost 25 euros per night. The rooftop bar offered lovely city views, and breakfast up there was a plus (especially the croissants!). The beds were very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted with directions and recommendations.

Solid Stay in Central Location
breakfast view family room
The breakfast on the eighth floor offered great views. I found shops conveniently close to the hotel. The family room with two connecting rooms worked well for us. The hotel parking at 25 euro per night provided added ease.
The hotel staff needs better customer service training. The bar staff should avoid talking about guests, as they can easily overhear them. The difference in drinks prices on different days also felt unprofessional even when the order was the same.

The rooftop bar and restaurant were very nice. The outdoor area features many plants. One can view Sacre Coeur and the eiffel tower in the distance. The rooms were modern and had everything necessary.
I found a blood stain on a spare pillow. There was a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms. Banging and crashing occurred every morning, potentially from a cleaning closet.

double charges lack of response
Several items were charged twice . I had to pay double. when i reported this to a staff member, they told me i had to pay immediately, or i would not be allowed to stay, despite my prior payment. i sent two formal complaints about the payment issue, but they did not respond. this felt unfair and unprofessional.
